Winter, Brandl et al. are one of the major patent law and law firms of
international repute in Germany. We specialize in the fields of mechanical
engineering, electrical engineering, physics, biotechnology, chemistry,
trademarks, and law. A team of approximately 90 persons: attorneys, patent
engineers (M. Sc.'s), translators and supporting staff in the two locations
of Freising und Munich have - for more than three decades now - been attending
to clients from all the various economic sectors not only in Germany and
Europe but all over the world; and providing support for highly creative
